We’re always working to improve and ensure you have the tools and resources to get the most out of using our platform. But we need your help to do this, so please keep contributing your views and helping us shape Stuart.

After speaking with a few couriers, we decided to make some changes to our Virtual Partner Hour (VPH) to reduce waiting times and offer more flexibility in our sessions. This is why in June we welcomed StuChat, let’s dive into all the practical advantages it offers: 

  • More flexibility: we now offer one morning and one-afternoon session 
  • More accessibility: We have added a banner with instructions on how to connect to audio so that you know what to do if we can’t hear you
  • Less waiting time: we have implemented a registration system that allows only approved couriers to join the session 
  • More efficiency: when you register for the session, you can now add your discussion topic. This allows us to help you in a much faster and more effective way
