To ensure our platform is fair for everyone, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud. We understand that fraud negatively impacts the courier experience. We have a dedicated team who investigates and builds new and innovative tools and processes to tackle fraud.

We’ve been developing better tools to support our investigations and make the courier experience better.
- Transport-type fraud has been a major concern for some of you and we understand the impact. Various teams have come together to develop an advanced tool to spot transport-type fraud. This is being trialled in 20 cities and being expanded UK-wide later this year.
- GPS spoofing is another issue we understand that negatively impacts the courier experience. We have a new tool to identify GPS jumps and manipulation both during a delivery and between deliveries.
