Finding the delivery address
From badly numbered buildings to newly built homes, some places are simply difficult to find. Finding the right address can be challenging, and is probably one of the most common problems couriers face.
It’s worth double-checking the delivery details in the app to make sure you’re in the right place. You can also see if there are any notes attached to the delivery. Always check the comment section of your delivery for any special instructions.
If you’re lost, try calling the client (at pick-up) or end customer (at drop-off). Simply tap the phone icon next to their name on the delivery screen. If they’re reachable, they should be able to clarify how to find them. Your privacy is important to us, so they won’t see your real number.
If you’ve called the client or customer 3 times without success, get in touch with our Customer Support team. They’ll be able to give you further instructions on what to do next.
Finding busy areas
When you’re online, you’ll want to get as many delivery invitations as possible. We’ve designed our delivery zones to help position you closer to our clients. You can check these areas on our in-app map - simply head online, toggle the Show zones button and scroll across the map.
Positioning yourself in one of the delivery zones helps maximise your delivery invitations and often means a shorter journey to pick up the package. You will also see higher delivery requests when demand is increased around lunch (11am - 2pm) and dinner (around 5 - 9pm).

We sometimes offer special rewards during busy times and rainy weather, so keep an eye on your app notifications for those.
Having an accident or vehicle breakdown
Unfortunately, problems on the road - like an accident or a vehicle breakdown - can sometimes happen. Not everything can be prevented, but there are steps you can take to prepare. Make sure to check carefully that your vehicle is in a good condition before leaving. If something’s not right, book in a repair with a qualified mechanic.
- Always travel slowly and carefully, especially in wet or icy conditions.
- Give yourself longer to stop than normal. Remember, braking distances are increased in poor weather.
- If you’re on two wheels, wearing a helmet is a must. Whatever the season, safety comes first and the risk of injury can be significantly reduced by putting one on.
